The MMS PTA Executive Board would like to thank ALL the parents who helped make 2009/10 an amazing year for our students. Your financial donations and donation of time does not go unnoticed. We are grateful for our amazing community.

A Special Note of Gratitude:
We thank you all for supporting Montgomery Middle School Technology and Classroom Enhancement Fund 2009-2010!
It was a huge success, with us meeting the majority of our expectations! Due to the ads in the Friend Finder Directory and our Comedy Night, we were able to make over $21,000! With these funds, we were able to negotiate better outside vendor prices, barter for “underutilized equipment” in the district, and as a result able to provide:
LMS:
- A mobile laptop cart with 24 laptops
- Smartboard
- 2 flip cameras for Communications projects
UMS:
- 18 LCD Projectors, ensuring every classroom has a LCD. The BOE had graciously agreed to support the efforts by having them mounted this summer during UMS construction.
- Smartboard
- 3 Video Cameras, mini macs, and everything needed to have the TV Production room /class continue, as the previous equipment deteriorated.
We sincerely thank you for all your support and generosity. With the cut in Trenton’s school budget, we will find that this may be perhaps the main mechanism in updating the technology in our middle schools. Obviously this is a great start, but we still have work to do!
